Purpose of processing

We use the data you provide primarily to contact you back and provide the information you have requested, or for the purpose of concluding a contract and fulfilling our contractual obligations, i.e., primarily to provide travel and personal information for the execution of a flight. Providing personal data for the purpose of fulfilling a contract and providing personal data for the purpose of responding to your inquiries or requested information is a contractual requirement, and failure to provide it may result in the contract not being concluded or your inquiries not being answered.

Furthermore, we may process personal data for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligations arising from the laws of the Czech Republic and on the basis of our legitimate interest (keeping records of services provided, traceability, protection of our company, and ensuring legal protection for potential legal claims).

All personal data is processed in a lawful and transparent manner, and only data that is adequate, relevant, and necessary in relation to the purpose of the processing is required.

In addition, we may use your contact details to send you commercial communications, i.e., to inform you about events, publications, services, or offerings that we provide and that we believe might be of interest to you.

  • Personal data may be transferred to:
  • to an external accounting firm;
  • to an external law firm;
  • to processors who provide us with server, web, cloud, or IT services, or who are our partners;
  • to the relevant authorities, upon request;

  • airports and handling companies; and other external service providers according to your specific service requirements.

Given the nature of the services provided (in connection with international air transport), personal data may be transferred to other European Union member states and to third countries (i.e., countries outside the European Union). In the event of transfers to third countries, we proceed on the basis of a contract concluded with the recipient of the personal data, which will include standard contractual clauses as required by European Union legislation. Personal data will only be transferred to the extent strictly necessary.

Personal data provided for the purpose of contract performance will be processed for the duration of our service provision or the performance of our mutual contract, or for the period necessary to fulfill obligations under applicable legal regulations, such as the Accounting Act, the Archives and Records Act, or the Value Added Tax Act (this is typically 10 years from the last service provided, as required by tax regulations).

Other personal data, specifically data provided for the purpose of answering inquiries, service requests where no contract is concluded, or for sending commercial communications, will generally be processed for a period of 5 years, but no longer than until you withdraw your consent to the processing of such personal data.
