Your trusted partner on the path to private aircraft ownership

How the aircraft purchase process works

During an in-person meeting, we will determine how you plan to use your aircraft—routes, number of passengers, comfort, equipment, and budget. We will prepare a detailed study of suitable aircraft, including a complete cost structure and market trends for the specific type and category.
We screen the market — public listings, our contacts, brokers, and direct outreach to operators. We compare condition, price, history, and key engine parameters. Based on the results, we present the recommended aircraft to you, and once you approve, we contact the sellers.
We negotiate the initial purchase price and you sign an LOI (a legally non-binding letter of intent). This is followed by an in-person viewing of the aircraft and a review of its service history, after which we fine-tune the final price.
Pre-purchase inspection (PPI) under our supervision
We arrange the PPI at an authorized service center under our supervision. After the inspection, we fine-tune any repairs and maintenance so that your aircraft is in perfect condition.
We negotiate the final contract terms and arrange escrow, insurance, and financing if needed. After the contracts are signed, the aircraft undergoes scheduled maintenance and any defects are rectified — you can be confident that your investment is safe.
We arrange the handover flight, transfer the documents, and take care of registry entry and approval with the Czech CAA (ÚCL) and EASA. We assign the registration mark and prepare the aircraft for its first flight.
If your aircraft is the same type as those in our fleet, we have a crew ready. If not, we hire and train a crew specifically for you. We take care of maintenance, complete management, and the planning of your flights — so you can truly enjoy aircraft ownership without any worries.
If you don't plan to use the aircraft fully yourself, we can offer its spare capacity on the charter market. Most owners consider this option from the very beginning — high annual operating costs are a strong motivation. With our experience, we can tailor charter activity to your needs — from 200 to more than 900 hours a year — always in line with your expectations and how you intend to use the aircraft.

Financing and investment opportunities
The initial investment starts from 2 million USD. We will provide financing for the remaining portion of the aircraft's purchase price or assist in arranging a bank loan.
This combination of equity and bank financing allows for the creation of an efficient investment structure tailored to the investor's individual needs. We prepare each project individually, taking into account the investment amount, investment horizon, expected return, and financing method. We offer our partners a personal approach, maximum transparency, and bespoke solutions.
Frequently asked questions
The price depends on the aircraft's type, age, and equipment, and engine programs also play a significant role. Prices for smaller aircraft start in the tens of millions of CZK, while larger aircraft can climb to hundreds of millions.
A new aircraft offers modern technology and lower maintenance demands; a pre-owned one is more affordable but may involve higher servicing costs.
For frequent flying of around 80 hours a year, ownership is the better option; for occasional use, chartering usually makes more sense.
Usually several months — it depends on technical inspections, the financing method, and registration. The timeline is also affected by the availability of suitable aircraft on the market, off-market opportunities, and free capacity at service centers.
It depends on how the aircraft is operated — whether it is reserved for the owner's private use or also offered for charter. Overall, expect hundreds of thousands to several million CZK per year.
